The rooms were lovely, hot showers, large kitchenette w/ all the amentities, close to all the shops, staff willing to help. Pool was lovely and the weather was fabulous. I would so recommend this hotel, bargain for the price

appartments are spacious comfortable location perfect---best in Agadir for over wintering in the sun.

Maybe could improve kitchen equipment etc have microwave

Had a dead sound time! The pool was like our own little paradise, always clean and quiet. Staff were dead friendly too, made us feel right at home. Only downside, the kitchen was a bit basic for cooking, but we managed. a proper boss holiday!

they sell rooms for 4 people as rooms for 2 or 3 people, wich means that we were 8 and had to book 3 rooms instead of 2. the other aspect I didn't like at all was the omnipresence of cockroaches. we had to switch one of the rooms because there were at least seven of them inside and the staff didn't have anything against them. cool.

The residence is in a very good position to reach the beach and the city centre (both 5 minutes walking), in a quiet area. We stayed in a nice mini apartment, with bedroom, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a swimming pool where you can relax whenever you want. The staff was gentle and the rooms were clean (they clean everyday). Very good price for the place! It was the best place where we stayed during our travel in Morocco...and we have travelled for more than 1 month!

The home-made jams at breakfast were a delight! We also stumbled upon some fantastic local spots like Fish Market just a stone's throw away. Great beds made every day too!

The front desk staff barely spoke English, and the rooms were rather dated-no TV or AC, a bummer in the summer heat.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue exceeded all expectations, would recommend it. Great value and well-maintained venue, absolutely perfect location not far from beach, souk alhad, Residence Igoudar, and restaurants and shops on, greatly enjoyed our stay...

Big & clean appartment, fresh towels every day. Nice location, 5mins from the beach. We also liked the swimming pool area.

The location was ideal for exploring local shops and the beach, making it easy to enjoy Agadir's vibrant atmosphere.

The rooms had significant maintenance issues, including a malfunctioning door that wouldn't close properly and poor plumbing resulting in weak water flow in the shower.

hotel was very clean and a maid came in every day and changed the towels if required. The apartment was spacious with a small but adequate kitchen area. The staff were polite and helpful and spoke some English.

It was a lovely quite hotel in a quite area.

Mosqueto nets on the windows are needed. Also the bar was not open as advertised on website.

Chillin' in Agadir 🌴

The staff were proper legends, super friendly and helpful. Had a lekker, comfy bed and the rooms were clean, so no complaints there. Plus, the location is spot on-easy walk to the beach and shops!

The kitchen was a bit basic, but we managed, no worries.

We arrived with pounds to pay, as all the beureau de change were shut at the airport, and reception would only take card or Euroes. So we had to walk round Agadir at 9 pm to try to find Euroes - which is not what you want on arrival. Eventually we came back with Dirhams, after a big debate they decided to take them. Very stressful on arrival!

Really enjoyed our time at the hotel, thanks a lot. The setting was quite marvellous and perfect within easy reach of a small zoo. A market and souvenir shops were right next door.
